The Xposure International Photography Festival is your opportunity to join the Middle East’s largest gathering of photography professionals, and photographic trade suppliers. With a 9000sq.m. area for indoor elements of the festival that also include; seminars, training workshops, screenings and 12 photography exhibitions.
The show is open to the general public and industry professionals with no admittance charge. The Show has a strong International specialty retailer presence with opportunity for local companies to exhibit on the same platform as International companies. The media impact from the Show will generate extensive user impressions.
With 3,500 sq.m. of dedicated floor area for companies related to the photographic industry including consumer electronics, cameras, printers, lenses, software, clothing and equipment plus providers, of product solutions and ancillary services such as framing. Space is limited for 2016.
The Xposure International Photography Show will be held from Wednesday October 12th to Saturday October 15th, 2016.

To join the Middle Easts Premier Photography Show at Xposure, you must first complete and submit the following:
Catalog Sheets showing the products you intend to exhibit or demonstrate. A photo of your stand from a previous Trade Show

The Trade Show Sales Team will review the information submitted by your company and determine which category is best suited for your company and its products. This review takes approximately 5-7 business days. Upon approval, a space application, floor plans, and registration application will be sent to the designated Trade Show Contact.
The Festival is organised by Sharjah Media Centre, as a non-profit Government body based on providing a platform for developing innovative and credible communication, through images and associated skills training, together with applications and equipment designed for photographers, through a trade show, and also supplementing the experience with programs & training suitable for amateurs.
Value priced booth space. The Sponsor rate for booth space is $159 per square metre. The non-sponsor rate is $244 per square metre. For additional information regarding sponsorship please contact:email@example.com
The cost of Stand space includes the raw floor space for the duration of the Show and all of the various services listed under “What is included after I become and Exhibitor?” Exhibitors have the opportunity to design their own exhibit structure. A back wall, floor covering/carpet, and an identification sign are required. XPF encourages exhibitors to be creative in their booth and product presentation.
Space only areas range from 4.5 sq.m. to 500 sq.m. A floor plan with the various configurations will be included in your Space Application package and will be available online starting July 1st. Applications are considered based on type of product to be exhibited. In the interest that exhibitors have a successful event, XPF will limited the number of any one particular product so as not to dilute the benefits for exhibitors in the product category / type. The space will be allocated on a first come first served basis.

XPF only allows companies that are affiliated to share booth space.
Space Applications will be open from 30 April 2016. They are due back, with payment, by 15 July 2016. Prospective exhibitors who return their applications and payment early will have a better opportunity to obtain booth space in the Show. If the Show is sold out when the Space Application is received, a waitlist will be compiled.
