Beno Saradzic's exhibition at the XPF 2018, aptly titled 'Convergence', is a selection of 12 curated photographs captured in the past 6 years. They narrate a tale of two seemingly exclusive environments, mutually homely and alien, inviting and foreboding, but always willing to pose for the artist's lens. Beno's exploratory voyage into the world of transposed textures, perspective lines, synergetic tones and geometric patterns tell a tale of his personal quest for love, peace and personal satisfaction. His visuals are the frozen snippets of time; a breeze of air over the footsteps in the sand, echoing voices among the rolling green hills, glistening diamonds in the sparkly blue waters and refraction of light among the facades of the cities.
They are the world in his eyes.
